I really enjoy how you are going to renew your E36 M3 but I have some questions to you.
At first, is there a special reason why you bought the seats etc. completely new at BMW instead of to let a upholsterer rebuild your old interior ?
The costs, to rebuild a complete leather-interior of an E36, are approx. 1500€ - 2000€Has it been in your interest to put the seats of a M3 3.2 into your M3 3.0 or didn't you noticed the difference (the sutures of the headrests) ?
I'm supprised about the door-panels (front) because my first and my current E36 has full-leather door-panels (BMW: Extended Leather Interior) and they look different to yours as yours have no sutures in the lower area. So did you also bought them at BMW ? If yes, what kind of description do they have at BMW ?
This are only questions because of interest. It's not a negative reply.
All in all, I like what you are doing, so keep it going -
Hello
OEM is always better . Yes i"am a OEM fucker . I know for sure that this seats are better then the one that will be covered by a leather men. But hey who cares? I want OEM . When the car is for sale... Then the OEM interior is for a M3 lover a good update...
I know the diffrence of the headrest.. But 3.2 or 3.0 i dont care really. Oem = Oem I have bought these cuse they ware not more in stock by BMW.
The front door panels are covered by me because they are sold out by bmw. It was the only way to get these door panels.
What do you mean with your door panels?
Zitatto yours as yours have no sutures in the lower area.

Hi Psy
I'm at work now but today in the late evening, I will explain what I mean with the full-leather door-panels and will post a picture.
-
So if understand you in the right way, you have rebuild your old door-panels (front) instead of to buy them new.
Furthermore you have build them up to full-leather door-panels but as you're an "OEM-Freak" I wanted to inform
you about that your full-leather door-panels don't look like the OEM full-leather door-panels (BMW optional equipment:
Extended Leather Interior) as the sutures in the lower area are missing on your door-panels.My first and my current E36's have the BMW Extended Leather Interior and that's how they look like in the lower area,
there you can see sutures as well. -
So if understand you in the right way, you have rebuild your old door-panels (front) instead of to buy them new.
I have buyed 'normal' new door panels. The door panels that you have are not more on stock by BMW . This was the only option to make them by myself.
But my door panels look like this ( previous OEM door panels)
No sutures in the lower section . And only leather in the middle... Buy hey they looks good the new one.
I have asked BMW how they are made , but no one knows a answer ... Then i made it like the previous door panels but then in full leather and the right leather.
And i think yours is individual ...
-
Never mind. Fuck the other door panels !
I have found the OEM NAPA leather . My interior is complete now !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The other's are back for sale hahaha
