i have a problem whith my car phone.
i inserted my SIM card, but it can not find a network??
can i use a dualband sim card in the phone, or will only a single band card work.
do's someone now

the phone that is installed in the middle console, beside the handbrake.
whith a send reciever in the trunk , where i can insert the sim card.
i try to make a photo of it

do's someone nowI have the same phone. It only works with singleband. Im my case the 900MHz standard. My 1800MHz band sim does not work with this phone. I use german D1 system in my car, works very fine.

wenn mich nicht alles täuscht, hat sich an den telefonen nich viel verändert in all den jahren.
und im alten 7er wars so, dass da ne freisprecheinrichtung dran war und die übers radio läuft. mag heissen, bei telefonanruf wurde der radioempfang oder die musik automatisch runtergefahren und das gespräch auf die lautsprecheranlage vom ganzen auto gelegt wurde. man hatte also quasi dolby surround beim telefonieren. sehr geile sache mit der umleitung. -
